Holly was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in September 2014.
She graduated from Murdoch University in February 2014 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. During her studies Holly received the prestigious Brian J Singleton QC Memorial Prize for best academic performance.
While at university, Holly worked as a paralegal for the Midland Information, Debt and Legal Advocacy Service Inc, a community legal centre in the Eastern suburbs of Perth.
Holly practiced with a national Australian firm until November 2016 working primarily within the commercial litigation team and was involved in various litigation matters including building and construction disputes, debt collection and professional indemnity matters.
Since joining Butcher Paull and Calder in February 2017, Holly has established herself as an integral member of the firm’s Business and Personal Law Department. Holly works on various commercial/business law matters including estate planning, trusts, commercial property, leasing, company law, taxation, securities, superannuation, mergers and acquisitions and transfer duty.
