Olivia Hoyne graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science. Olivia was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in November 2022.
Before commencing work with Butcher Paull and Calder, Olivia worked as a law clerk for an eminent criminal defence barrister. Olivia has assisted in criminal trials in the Magistrates Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Olivia joined the firm in August 2023 and practices in the areas of litigation and criminal law.
Olivia is also a committee member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association of Western Australia (CLAWA).
